By accessing our website, booking an appointment, submitting a form, or enrolling in SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Cutie Nail Spa and Hair provides nail care, spa pedicures, manicures, eyelash extensions, facial treatments, waxing, hair services and related beauty services at our Fullerton, CA location. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

All services are provided by licensed professionals. Results may vary based on individual skin, nail and hair conditions.

2. Age Requirement — 18+

Our website, online booking system, forms and SMS opt-in are intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing our website or submitting any form, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. To report such a case, call us at 714-526-5951.

3. Appointments & Booking

Online booking is available through SpacePOS at booking.spacepos.net. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Cancellations

We appreciate 24-hour advance notice for cancellations. No-shows and late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit for group bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other guests.

4. SMS Text Message Terms

Consent is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary. It is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 SMS messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share or transfer your SMS consent or phone number to third parties for their own marketing use.

5. Promotions & Deals

Promotions, discounts and special offers are valid for a limited time and are subject to restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

The 5% off new client offer is valid for first-time visitors who sign up on our website. One use per customer. Valid on services only, not retail products.

6. Party & Group Bookings

Group bookings and party reservations are subject to availability and may require a deposit to confirm. The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the event. Full details will be provided at the time of booking.

7. Health & Safety

We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regulations. Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions or skin sensitivities prior to your service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person if proceeding with a service may pose a health or safety risk to the client or our staff.

8. Payments

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is not included in service prices and is at the discretion of the guest.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on cutienailsandhair.com — including text, images, logos, graphics and design — is the property of Cutie Nail Spa and Hair or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
